While it does absorb relatively quick, your skin does end up feeling greasier – but on the plus side, it also feels smoother.

The instructions suggest that you apply the product two times a day, and you’ll start to notice a change in about two months. But the bottle only lasts about three weeks. This anti-cellulite product is fairly cheap, retailing at only $20 a pop, which would be quite the steal if Neutrogena actually worked for cellulite the way it does for acne.
